We call this our “Fire Prevention” Plan – and we’ve included a baseline of what we think every business should have taken care of as a minimum. This package includes:
• We monitor and report on your IT systems – (with alert validation and minimal escalation included), as well as remote remediation for certain critical care issues. Otherwise we pro-actively react to errors, alerts on an hourly fee-for-service basis as authorized.
• We manage and perform preventative care (patching and updating) on your servers & workstations (on an agreed frequency), as well as on infrastructure applications, and your firewall/router +core switch.
• Antivirus from the leading provider is included, as well as ensuring updates are completed and infections are reported.
• We monitor and manage your primary backup process, as well as your critical data off-site backup process.
• We annually physically clean and backup your workstations / servers and critical devices and perform optimization services.
• We review your site and IT operations with you annually and included are all IT related “call before you dig” (or install or change) consultations.
• We maintain a base level of IT documentation on your behalf, and you get many privileges such as discounted rates, Best Effort Priority Service, exemption from certain minimum charges, and eligible for flat fee mileage/travel.
This package builds on the above Bronze package, and essentially puts all covered devices and applications under a maintenance service contract with Blackcreek.
This package includes:
• On-site labour is included as necessary to fulfill maintenance coverage.
• User adds/changes/deletes, minor workstation/device moves/changes, and minor equipment upgrades (e.g. mouse/keyboard/monitor purchased from us) is included.
• Discounted recovery to extents possible on virus’s/malware that does get through defences. (e.g Restoring from backup on a protected device would be included).
• Discounted labour on planned replacement of covered equipment (end of life, not repairable).
• Warranty administration/diagnostics on covered devices purchased through us included.
• An established monthly rate for our defined IT services (and no surprise fees).
• Discounted automated off-site backups for disaster recovery.
• Basic consultations relating to maintenance / options included - otherwise hourly at networking rate instead of consulting rate.

This package builds on the Silver package:
• Planned projects and replacements/upgrades/additions of covered equipment and software are included.
• New users including setup of equipment for them included (equipment to be purchased from Blackcreek).
• Full virus recovery to extents possible included.
• No additional travel charges.
• Basic CIO consulting, planning and budgeting included.
